R2W is recruiting 300 mentors, thanks to sponsorships from Microsoft, Salesforce, and others.  Please visit our volunteer page for more information.

R2W has four levels of mentors:

• Level A – workshops and job fairs – an hour here and there
• Level B – Military guidelines – formal training + 4 hours/month for 1 year
• Level C – paid
• Level D – R2W Village mentors – formal training + 4 hours/month for 3-5 years + join Board of Directors
