Camp Yin Yang | Dog Walk and Run – Thank Guard and Reserve Families

Mission accomplished!

We were surrounded by children playing soccer and their loving families.

Our non-event event on October 18th was a success.  At Camp Yin-Yang, we were surrounded by loving families with small children playing soccer, young adults playing volleyball, and seemingly every dog breed including an impressive line of playful Scottish Terriers like Yin and Yang, – R2W’s mascots – Olive Oil, Dam “Abbie” Chyscott’s Always in Style, and “Baby”.  We attracted multiple community leaders with special thanks to

• Annell and Jim Henderson representing the Scottish Terrier Club of Greater Denver and LocherB Kennel;
• Sean Sindler representing “I’ll Jog With Your Dog” (Owner), Department of War Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (Director, Military Outreach), and Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of Colorado Springs (President); and
• Victoria Brazell with her loyal dog, Frank.

Special thanks to Victoria Brazell and her loyal companion, Frank.

It was a glorious Fall Day.  The weather was perfect while we lounged around snacking on Halloween candy, chips, and drinks.  Snarfs delivered delicious sandwiches for lunch while we turned conversations into momentum.

It was great seeing Raghav Singh, R2W Director, and other key community leaders too.

Special thanks to all the adorable Scotties!
